Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking before the Russian Duma on Tuesday, said that Russia wants to cooperate with other countries, even Saudi Arabia and Turkey, in order to resolve the Syrian crisis. At the same time, Russian aircraft carried out 88 airstrikes in the last 24 hours, targeting command centers and ammunition dumps. Around 50 helicopters and warplanes are taking part in the Russian military actions of the last three weeks. The Russian attacks have changed the balance of power in the situation.
