Maduro, Morales, and Correa Attack Capitalism at Climate Summit

The presidents of Venezuela, Ecuador, and Bolivia actively participated in the World People's Conference on Climate Change, which ended earlier this week in Cochabamba, Bolivia. The three leaders centered their efforts on denouncing capitalism as the source of climate change and urging the adoption of concrete agreements, such as Bolivia's 10-point plan, to be presented to the COP 21 conference in Paris in late November.
