Bolivia: Time is Running Out on Climate Change, Conference Says

The more than 7,000 delegates from 40 countries participating in the 2nd World People's Conference on Climate Change, which is ending today in Cochabamba, Bolivia, sought practical solutions that will be present to the U.N. conference in Paris at the end of the year. Delegates sounded the alarm that time is running out and demanded that governments honor their pledges to earmark US$1 billion yearly to address the issue.
