Cupcake shop in Quebec harrased by the (language police) OQLF

Once again, we hear -- the LIE --

"Canada is a bilingual country"

This time used in order to try to justify this side of the argument.

Canada is NOT a bilingual country.

Canada is a simply a country that has two official languages and the limit to one of those languages was, as you see here
http://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/O-3.01/page-1.html

"WHEREAS the Constitution of Canada provides that English and French are the official languages of Canada and have equality of status and equal rights and privileges as to their use in all institutions of the Parliament and government of Canada"

AS TO THEIR USE IN ALL INSTITUTIONS OF THE PARLIAMENT AND GOVERNMENT OF CANADA"

supposed to ONLY apply within the federal government.
That's it...
