Not long ago there was a possibility that Quebec interests would take over New Brunswick power. Cooler heads prevailed (THANK GOODNESS). Allowing such a thing would have given Quebec way too much power (both financial and otherwise) with regard to energy production and sale. After all, Quebec already takes advantage of a sweet deal they wrangled re: Upper Churchhill.
In these CLIPS we see Danny Williams speak to how Quebec cheating and being totally predatory, unfair. He also points out how how they are using their political clout in Ottawa to gain the upper hand over other provinces.
