I received it a several days ago. Have been drinking since I received the Trace Mineral Supplement. It is passable with just water but I rather drink it with a flavor drink or add it to food or better vegetable. It's been several days since I started taking it so as to the affect, I am not sure but because it has Magnesium have noticed better movement. I like that the product is natural of source. I drank Epsom salt before but had to dissolve the crystal. With Trace mineral Supplement the liquid is easily mixed
