This has been a really good thing to have. There are so many uses for this. I have been adding some to my morning drinks and then some in the evening. Since doing that I feel great. I never realized before that if my body was missing these minerals that I wouldn't feel as good. Another thing I found that it is good for is putting it on a scratch. I was busy doing work in the house and scratched myself on a desk. So instead of putting on a over the counter crème, I had washed it and put this on it then a bandaid. It healed a lot faster than it would have normally with the creme. It lightly stun
