Cyclist rides tall bike down middle of US freeway

A bizarre video has emerged of a man riding a tall bicycle down the middle of a busy freeway in Los Angeles, US on Wednesday.
The footage, captured by a passing motorist, shows the foolhardy cyclist riding the modified bike down the 105 West highway.
Although it is unclear from the footage, the filmer says that the cyclist was also riding in the opposite direction of the flow of traffic.
He wrote online: "I was driving on the freeway and I saw cars braking. They were trying to avoid this idiot that was riding a raised bicycle towards oncoming traffic in between lanes and cars going highway speeds.
"My dashcam captured the moment."
