As head lice infestations go, this is probably one of the worst we’ve ever seen.

The video – shot in close up so we can all get a nice, grim look at the bugs – shows this lad’s scalp practically moving with the sheer amount of insects crawling in his hair.

This is horrible but you just can’t look away!
