With 98.5% of the votes counted in the Guatemalan presidential elections held this past Sunday, no clear second-place winner has yet emerged. Comedian Jimmy Morales is in first place with 24% of the vote, but it is not clear if he will face wealthy right-wing businessman Manuel Baldizon or left-of_center former first lady Sandra Torres, who are running neck and neck.
