KINGSPORT, Tenn., August 26, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Rising pop star and “The Voice” Season 8 runner-up Meghan Linsey will be the celebrity guest on the Santa Train when it makes its 73rd journey to bring gifts to Appalachian families on Saturday, Nov. 21.
