Oregon Bond: Law Is Whatever We Say It Is, See?

By the time set by the Court on August 05, 2015, my wife and I had vacated permanently the premises commonly known as 4497 Madrona Way SE, Albany, County of Linn, Oregon, USA...but like Oregon law precluding deficiencies generally in re non-judicial foreclosures, that doesn't seem to be stopping Oregon Bond agents and sub-agents from pressing, like they need to do that for FHA bailout on the fiasco they engineered from day one.

Time to start asking legal pros and general public what they think about this farago, in a State where if anything at all "Oregon Bond" might just be guessed at as being some denture adhesive.
