According to unofficial data, unarmed African-American men are seven times more likely than whites to be killed by police gunfire. Every 28 hours police shoot and kill an African-American man. After peaceful protests on the first anniversary of Michael Brown’s death, three people were shot on Sunday night. Over 50 were arrested in an act of civil disobedience on Monday.
