My entire life, my dream has been to go to New York City. My parents decided to team up with the West Chester Police Department to help surprise me with tickets to NYC. I just recently got my license permit, and as I was driving around with my parents I was pulled over. The police officer told me that he had to issue me a ticket, and had me sign a piece of paper to say that I agreed that I received this ticket. When he held out the paper for me to sign, it said "You are going to New York!"
