13 PAS Selangor assemblypersons will not sign a statutory declaration supporting Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail as Selangor's next menteri besar.
PAS Secretary-General Mustafa Ali says the party had decided that it was a non-issue, and would leave it up to sultan to decide who governs the state.
