The video, captured by a man who was DJing at the Nylo hotel opposite the building, shows the loud exchange of gunfire as police and first responders rush to the scene.
James Boulware, said to have been the man who fired at officers from an armoured van and planted bombs, was later shot by a police sniper. No others were injured in the incident.
The video shows a black unmarked van ramming a police cruiser during the exchange of gunfire.
