Acting head of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Chuck Rosenberg said that he thinks escaped drug lord Joaquin El Chapo Guzman is still in Mexico. Rosenberg said that he would make an "educated guess" that Guzman, who escaped from a maximum security prison on July 11, is in the mountainous northwestern region of the state of Sinaloa, an area he controls. This week the U.S. government offered a US$5 million reward for information leading to Guzman's capture. teleSUR
