Fear swept Oslo University on Tuesday after a bomb alert on the fourth anniversary of the Utoya attack led to the campus being evacuated.
The bomb proved to be a fake, but police refused to take any chances after the 2011 massacre of 69 mostly young people on Utoya island, where the youth camp is due to reopen this year.
