Critical reasoning of students are not encouraged in school environment because of high teacher student ratio. Education should be personalized for students to kindle creativity and thinking in students. Attitude of teachers should not be tutor the students, instead they should change their attitude such that they act as a facilitator in the class. There is no need for reading whatever is there in text book. students can read them at home itself. Teachers should discuss and clarify students and equip them to think in higher level learning skills. They should positively influence the students and change their attitude towards learning.
