Ruptly's drone captured one of Berlin's many fascinating abandoned buildings, the ballroom in Berlin Gruenau, Saturday. Located on the Dahme, a tributary of the Spree, the ballroom opened in 1898 and hosted events throughout the twentieth century, including dinners at the restaurant on site, surviving both world wars and continuing into the DDR (German Democratic Republic) era.
