Facebook designer Caitlin Winner has imbued the site’s icons with a greater sense of gender equality.
When looking at and clicking on some of Facebook’s most common icons, you may not have realized that they were a bit male-centric, but designer Caitlin Winner did notice that pattern.
So, in the spirit of a poster hanging at the company’s headquarters reading, “Nothing at Facebook is someone else’s problem,” she took it upon herself to change it.
