Ingredients & Method :

1) Decadent Chocolate Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Coco powder - 11/2tbsp
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp
Baking soda - a pinch
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk - 4 tbsp
Chocolate chunks - a fistful

- Stir together flour, coco powder, baking powder and baking soda in a microwaveable mug.
- Add condensed milk, melted butter and milk and mix well.
- Add chocolate chunks and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm

2) Nutella Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Coco powder - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp
Baking soda - a pinch
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk - 4 tbsp
Nutella - 1 tbsp

- Stir together condensed milk, melted butter and milk in a microwaveable mug.
- Add flour, coco powder, baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
- Mix nutella and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm

3) Coffee Walnut Mug Cake

Flour- 3tbsp
Baking powder - 1/8 tsp
Baking soda - a pinch
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
Melted butter- 2 tbsp
Milk ( + 2tsp coffee powder) - 4 tbsp
Walnuts - a fistful

- Stir together condensed milk, melted butter and coffee with milk in a microwaveable mug.
- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix well
- Mix the walnuts and microwave at 850 watts for about 2 minutes.
- Serve warm
