Thousands of employees of Venezuela's largest private food manufacturer demonstrated in Caracas Thursday to demand higher wages, improved working conditions, and a better collective bargaining agreement. In one of the largest demonstrations in years against the food giant Polar, company employees were joined by thousands of workers in a march to the Labor Ministry.
