The Radar Music Video Festival is a contestopen to emerging talent worldwide. You're invited to make a promo to one of the 16 tracks, icluding Kylie Minogue and Maximo Park, all listed at www.radarfestival.com. Winners get access to over 20 prizes of record label commissions, cash and mentoring from world calss production companies.
