Justin Bieber goes where the party is. He appeared at Las Vegas' Electric Daisy Carnival for a surprise performance of Where Are U Now at a pool party, and later hit the drums at the Cromwell. He even met up with Ruby Rose, and they posed for an Instagram photo wearing matching outfits.
