The parents found a way to beat the system and they are friends with a “ dirty cop” that works alongside the system so if they say accidentally kill that little girl the cop will defend them and find a way to keep them from being charged or arrested and put in prison, situations like the one in your video are because of the very people I speak of, you can thank them all for the numbers in cases like this who continue to climb and very likely will so long as man continues to exist on this planet
Your video although touching wont make the numbers go down in child abuse cases, my cousin recently got his 2 year old daughter back after that child endured countless years of abuse as an infant, the childs got developmental delays because of the mother putting cocaine in the baby’s bottle at night to help the child sleep better during the childs infancy stage, the child is 3 as of now and still living with the very people who betrayed it from birth
