Alcohol Negatively Impacting Lives Of Many Americans

A recently published study by the U.S. National Institutes of Health has revealed that almost a third of U.S. adults have had the condition known as alcohol use disorder at some point in their lives, with nearly 14 percent reportedly experiencing it the previous year.

Problems with alcohol plague many Americans, and unfortunately, most do not end up getting treatment, according to a recently published study. 

Research from the U.S. National Institutes of Health has found that 32 million adults in this country, the equivalent of almost one in seven, have exhibited signs of a condition called alcohol use disorder, or AUD, in the previous year.
