Jen Bardeen is a sex abuse survivor whose past trauma has molded her into an overly empathetic person. Her kind heart draws nothing but more trauma for her, from an office filled with people conspiring against her to a family who humiliate her on facebook simply for saying she cares about them. Finally, one day, she has had enough. "Doping" explores the pain and humiliation one suffers at the hands of family and friends launching social media attacks, co-workers who shield their jealousy with office politics and what life is like for a positive loving soul whose good nature is mistaken for being a human doormat.
