Tsipras says Greek debt deal 'within sight'

The Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras says a deal with his country's international lenders over economic reforms is "within sight". He met the EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker in Brussels in an effort to break the deadlocked talks before Greece is due to pay the IMF €300 million on Friday. Also today: the Peter Pan factor in Japan's monetary policy.
