Jack Enrile denies WikiLeaks report

Cagayan Rep. Jack Enrile dismissed the leaked diplomatic cables linking him to the killing of Ernest Lucas in 1975. Enrile said the report of US Ambassador William Sullivan was merely based on speculation and hearsay. -- Bandila, ABS-CBN, April 12, 2013
