'PH can enter US-led trade deal now; ease foreign ownership rules later'

MANILA -- Philippine Ambassador to the US Jose Cuisia said the Philippines can join a US-led regional free trade agreement known as the Trans-Pacific Partnership without having to ease foreign ownership limits so soon.
