Guingona to NPA Show sincerity, lay down arms

MANILA, Philippines -- The family of Guingoog Mayor Ruthie Guingona is challenging the New People's Army (NPA) in Misamis Oriental to lay down their arms if they are sincere in apologizing for engaging the mayor's convoy in a firefight.
