Buhay gets 3rd seat; Magdalo gets 2nd

MANILA, Philippines - The Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the National Board of Canvassers, has given Buhay party-list its third seat and Magdalo party-list its second seat in the 16th Congress.
