PH taking steps vs trafficking, fails to meet standards

MANILA - The Philippines has retained its tier 2 status in the US State Department's Global Trafficking in Persons Report amid hits and misses in eliminating sex trafficking, slavery and other problems besetting its people, especially the overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).
