1.you want to go to your map and look right in the connor at a round building
2. you want to drive there maybe but a gps there so you know where it is
3. its near the museum down the road
4. when you get the you will see two vehicles and a blue print on the floor
5.pick it up and it will say shock dozer
6. build it and have fun with it
