Logic Factor: Load-Shedding in Gang Areas

This week, we want to know what you think about the City of Cape Town wanting to stop loadshedding in gang stricken areas, prioritising Manenberg. They say that lights are a prime crime fighting tool.
Do you think:
a. Absolutely, this should be a priority the country gets behind
b. This is just a pathetic excuse for why they haven’t got the gangs under control yet
c. If I have to have loadshedding, then damn straight Manenberg has to have loadshedding
d. If lights are essential to crime fighting, keep them ALL on
