Thomas Schultz bought the bungalow in 2007 as an investment, and was told by the previous owners to throw out the artwork found inside the property. Schultz chose to get the art appraised instead, and discovered they were pieces by the late obscure artist Arthur Pinajian worth a total of $30 million. Some of the paintings have been sold for as much as $500,000.
