Mountain Man home intruder arrested by police in Utah

Mountain Man, Troy James Knapp, 45, has been arrested by police after at least seven years of burglarizing Utah mountain cabins in order to survive in the wilderness.

Officers apprehended Knapp after receiving a tip-off from a father and son who had seen Knapp in the forest. Dozens of police from seven counties were deployed to capture the so-called survivalist, who was known for breaking into empty cabins and stealing supplies in order to survive in the wild. Knapp was also known for shooting up the interior of people's cabins and defacing religious artwork.
