A German man with a Bavarian accent in the town of Straubing gave a random boy €185 in cash because he didn't want to give his ex-wife alimony.

The boy was standing outside of a bank with a friend when the 49-year-old man came up to them. The man then handed the boy €185 and said, "You can keep that money." The man then wandered off. The boy then took the money to the police because he thought the money might be counterfeit. The police said there was no evidence of any crime, so the boy is now €185 richer. The local paper reported that the man has already given away about €1,000 because of alimony disagreements with his ex-wife.
