Body of Penang freak storm accident believed buried 13 storeys underground

A senior engineer has said the lightning arrester that broke off the UNMO building in Penang during a devastating thunderstorm last week hit the ground with such force it likely buried one of its two victims deep underground, according to a report by the Star Online.
