Kaitlyn Hunt: prosecutors offers lesbian high school cheerleader plea deal
  • 9 years ago
High school cheerleader Kaitlyn Hunt, who was arrested in May for allegedly having sex with her underage girlfriend, has been presented with a new option that would spare her jail time and having to register as a sex offender. Kaitlyn Hunt's nineteenth birthday ends with a gift from the State Attorney's Office, a brand new plea deal.

The deal requires Hunt to remain at least 500 feet from her girlfriend at all times. She must complete 150 hours of community service and is subject to a curfew from 11pm to 5am for the first year. In exchange, Hunt would plead to two misdemeanor battery counts and one felony count for interference of child custody, a charge that could be wiped from her record later.
