Azumanga Daioh, Oshiri Kajiri Mushi's Tomoko Kaneda weds Wataru Mori

Japanese voice actress Tomoko Kaneda, famous for her character voices in TV cartoons Azumanga Daioh and Oshiri Kajiri Mushi, married Japanese actor Wataru Mori, the two announced on their respective blogs on Friday.

Kaneda is famous for the high-pitched voices of her characters in such as TV cartoons as Azumanga Daioh, which literally translated means "Great King Azumanga," Oshiri Kajiri Mushi, which means "A Butt-Munching Worm," and Onegai Ticha, which means "Please Teacher." She also appears in person on various Japanese variety shows .

Mori is a graduate of Nippon Sport Science University and has played important roles in such movies as Boukoku no Aegis, ("Aegis, No Home Country") and Kyukyoku!! Hentai Kamen ("Ultimate!! Pervert Mask").

They published news of their wedding on their respective blogs on November 22. November 22 is Nice Couple's Day, an unofficial holiday in Japan that celebrates the love of couples. Kaneda left a message on her blog, saying she was glad to be marrying a human being. Mori commented on his blog that he'll work much harder on his jobs and on working out.
