Meet sisters Charm and Brittani Nicole, of Orange County, California. They're both 25 and have had quite a done to their boobs, noses, armpit — all courtesy of their cosmetic surgeon father, Dr Michael Niccole.
After years of begging, Dad performed a boob job on Brittani as an 18th birthday gift. Not weird enough? He took the knife to Charm's belly button when she was jut 10. World's greatest dad also gave Brittany a nose job for her 21st.
The women say they've also had countless botox injections to ward off the wrinkles. And Charms says dad shoots botox into her armpit to stop her sweating.
Clearly not camera shy, the women, who were adopted as babies, seem happy to be used as walking billboards for their dad's clinic, and even recommend their friends.
"Almost all of our friends have had procedures done by my dad, whether that's boob jobs, liposuction, Botox or skin peels," says Charm.
What does Dr Nicole think? "There are people that would critique me for doing a breast augmentation on my daughter at 18."
For her part, mum Penny, although opposed to the idea of her adoptive daughters going under the knife for year, accepts her children as happier having made the changes to their appearances.
"I said, 'no we're not doing this, this is not right'. But she was so insistent that eventually I said 'okay show me your breasts'. Then I could see why she wanted implants and realised it would be beneficial for her to get her breasts enlarged, so I agreed. Now I can see she's so much more confident and I think she looks great, she told the Mirror."
