A Taiwanese 54-year-old married Lee from Ilan in Taiwan was caught in bed with his mistress Chang by his wife in December 2011. The wife recorded video evidence showing Lee with a full erection at his mistress's place. But, a Taiwanese prosecutor declared on December 17th that Lee will not face prosecution as without direct evidence--such as tissue containing semen or bodily fluids--a criminal case of adultery can't move forward.

In December 2011, Lee's wife broke into Chang's place with her friend and caught the pair about to have sex. Lee's wife then used camera to record the scene and called the police.

The police arrived and confirmed that the wife was in possession of an image showing her cheating husband's genitals fully erect. Lee's wife then used the image as evidence to sue her husband for adultery and "disturbing family life."

Lee, however, argued he was just using Chang's bathroom to take a shower and said he had no clue how his genitals got erect. Chang also denied they had sexual intercourse.
