Jennette McCurdy, star of Nickelodeon's hit series Sam and Cat, may need to look for other work after production for season two has been put on hold.
Nearly nude selfies of 21-year-old McCurdy found their way online in early March. The pictures pose a possible threat to the kid-friendly image of the show, Nickelodeon's highest rated among children aged 6 to 11.
It's uncertain how the pictures ended up on the web but they were leaked just days after McCurdy's breakup with Detroit Piston's center Andre Drummond. The NBA star had 'nothing to do with it', according to a post he made on Twitter.
McCurdy recently boycotted the Nickelodeon Kids award show after she was reportedly mistreated by the television company, according to posts on her Twitter page. Sam and Cat show won the award for 'favorite show.'
It's also rumored that there is a feud going on between McCurdy her co-star, Ariana Grande, who beat out McCurdy for the 'favorite actress' award.
