An angry Taiwanese mother forced her transgender son to pray to God to change into a 'real man.'
On May 18, the mother took the child to a temple in Hsinchu and asked the high school student to repeat the prayer after her. The boy was seen kneeling on the ground in front of a shrine desk, praying for up to two minutes. When he refused to speak, the mother slapped him in the face.
The entire process was filmed by a family member. The boy later post the video on Facebook, saying that he won't give up.
