On Tuesday around 1 AM, Mr. Huang and two other friends were walking along Sai Yeung Choi Street towards Argyle Street in Hong Kong when out of nowhere, he was hit on the head by an office chair. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police later arrested a possible suspect in the building across from where the incident happened.
