Two girls are shown in the picture riding on top of two guys in a car park outside Ed Divino in Belfast as bystanders and clubgoers just go about their business.
The shocking photo was captured last Thursday and has caused outrage with people posting their displeasure online.
One twitter post reads: "WTF is wrong with the young ones did they not learn after magaluf girl n slanegirl now another pic pops up :(."
The "slanegirl" references another viral scandal that showed images of a teen performing a sex act on a boy at an Irish Eminem performance.
The photo comes after a video of an Irish girl blowing two dozen men in a nightclub in Magaluf went viral.
El Divino hosts Kneedeep, a club night popular with university students. The photo was apparently taken at one of those events.
