A mob of Memphis teens terrified staff and shoppers at the Poplar Plaza shopping center on Saturday. One witness pulled out her cell phone and captured the seemingly random attacks on video.

The young crowd were reportedly playing a violent game called ‘point em out, knock em out.” Where participants challenge their friends to spot unsuspecting victims to knock out or fight.

One Kroger employee took a violent beating which some internet commenters are calling a hate crime. They beat their victim until he lost consciousness before pummeling him with pumpkins.

An eyewitness told News Channel 3 that two of the victims were black. Here we see one of those victims who was also a Kroger employee. Memphis authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying the assailants.
