Charles Jordan shot dead Marc Carrion, who was hiding in his daughter’s bedroom around 11:30 p.m. in Philadelphia.

Carrion, 32, had driven 20-year-old Brenda Jordan home from her job at 7-Eleven Monday night. Brenda Jordan was sharing an apartment with her father at the Holme Circle housing complex on Axe Factory Road. Carrion, a father of three, climbed into Brenda’s second-floor room through an open window.

Armed with a revolver, Charles Jordan entered his daughter’s room and spotted Carrion crouching in the corner, where he shot him.

Charles Jordan told the 911 dispatch that Carrion was an intruder and there had been a struggle prior to the shooting. Carrion was taken to Aria Health Torresdale Hospital where he died two hours later.

Charles Jordan has since surrendered his licensed gun and is cooperating with investigators. No charges have been filed.
